To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire IT Operations, Senior AnalyST who is based out of in Coimbatore location.

The role of the Software Licensing /Compliance Analyst is to support, manage, and administer SAM tool for software, application services and products across the organization. This includes overseeing technology spending, managing a repository of applications, and issuing requests for quote and vendor reports. The role will also define and facilitate communication between LM, Compliance and users in order to deliver software and applications according to plan and within budget, and to ensure licensing compliance.

As a Software Compliance Analyst in Flex Operations and Information Technology department you will be involved in the management of software acquisition, compliance, maintenance renewals, life cycle planning and costing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Facilitate the business needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection (SA) on selected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
• Support the Identification of savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow through with GLM and Compliance so Flex can obtain identified savings.
• Track compliance activities to report progress to IT community.
• Collect information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons.
• Enter and maintain information into the SAM tool to address software compliance & inventory, contracts, and cost. Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
• Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and training/presentations to end users.
• Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any Bachelor or Master degree with Min 5-8 Yrs of experience in IT Operations.
• Manage/know SAM tool  and concepts related to GLM and compliance.
• Facilitate the internal reviews/audits needs being able to partnership with internal organizations to close gaps.
• Report proactively findings derivative from SAM tool reports.
• Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
• Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to end users.
• Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Compliance Management data information.
• Participate on pertinent process creation to advise and make sure compliance is observed.
