Position Description
The position of Analyst in Client Services within Prime Services involves various key areas of responsibilities. The primary focus is on providing exceptional service and support to clients in their prime services activities.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime services clients. Serve as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support. Effectively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Trade Support: Assist clients with trade-related activities, including trade booking, confirmation, and settlement. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and trade support to ensure accurate and efficient trade execution and resolution of any trade-related issues.
- Account Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely setup of accounts. Coordinate with various internal teams to gather required documentation, complete necessary checks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Client Reporting: Generate and distribute regular client reports, including trade activity summaries, portfolio performance reports, and other relevant information. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting to meet client expectations.
- Risk Management: Monitor client portfolios and transactions to identify and address any potential risks or compliance issues. Collaborate with the risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Client Education and Training: Provide clients with training and education on the prime services platform, tools, and functionalities. Help clients optimize their usage of available services and resources to meet their specific needs and objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is typically required.
- Prior experience in client services, prime services, investment banking, or a related area is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in programming and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
