Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Work with the team and identify attractive investment targets in the Pan Asia region
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including industry research, competitive analysis, management team assessment, regulatory trends, financial analysis etc.
• Build financial models and valuation analyses on target companies
• Manage and work with third party advisors to drive the due diligence process
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee
• Structure and negotiate legal documentations
• Support portfolio management on monitoring, analysis, and exits
Requirements
• Academic background from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of deal experience in the private equity or investment banking; PE transaction experience a plus
• Strong research, financial modelling and analytical skills
• Understanding of the healthcare market in Greater China
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Mandarin
