As part of the Audience Management team, you will get exposure to work on the client requirement, Research work which includes market research like Firmographics and demographic data. The goal of being in the Analytics team to achieve a low rejection rate on the deliverables by strategically exploiting all aspects of the third-party research as requested by the client.

What You’ll Do:
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
- Understanding the client, their services, and related products.
- Interpret and make recommendations based on the data collected.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns Analyse customer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
- Gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Analyse consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
- PG/UG degree/certificate
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to address complex business questions.
- Strong hands on experience in internet research.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns with quick TAT.
- Analytical thinking with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
- Strong problem solving, communication skills and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in inbound & outbound call handling can be a plus
