The Role
Kitsch is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Senior Brand Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for Amazon PPC, catalog management, and overall brand performance. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant experience, a proven track record of success on the Amazon platform, and the ability to inspire and drive teams toward excellence. Experience at leading companies is highly valued.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Amazon PPC specialists, catalog managers, and other brand support roles, fostering a culture of critical thinking, innovation, and performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, improve ROI, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Amazon PPC Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Catalog Oversight: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of product listings, images, and descriptions to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.


Qualifications
 

  • Minimum of 6 years managing brands on Amazon, with a strong understanding of PPC, catalog optimization, and overall Amazon marketplace dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, inspire, and grow a team.
  • Industry Background: Experience working at or with brands like Anker or similar top-tier Amazon-focused companies is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; adept at solving complex problems and driving actionable insights.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
