Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Alternative Distribution (AD) Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of our alternative distribution channels. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in building new direct sales programs, driving sales growth, managing diverse teams, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the wireless industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize sales and market penetration across all AD initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for AD program expansion and innovation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure channel competitiveness
- Sales Management & Performance
- Establish and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for each channel
- Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales teams and independent contractors
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Drive sales force excellence by providing training, coaching, and support
- Operational Management
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) systems and other technologies
- Manage inventory and logistics for mobile stores and kiosks
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage multiple projects at one-time
- Work with technical teams to improve the functionality of the POS and other technologies
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including independent consultants, retailers, and event organizers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wireless industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be located within Denver Metro region or willing to relocate
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of direct sales methods and tactics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software
- Strong experience managing sales programs including compensation plans
- Advanced-level of project management experience
- Strong risk/compliance experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with point-of-sales systems and automated kiosk platforms is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as necessary

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
