Rattaché à l’équipe Production Aseptique Cartouches Injectables, vos principales missions seront :
- Mettre à jour, analyser et présenter les indicateurs de performance industrielle (santé, qualité, production) et les présenter à l'ensemble des services support (hebdomadaire/mensuel). Réviser ces indicateurs pour qu'ils reflètent la réalité terrain et la performance de la production.
- Suivi des actions sécurité, coordonner les activités qui en découlent (atelier, mise en place, documentation).
- Coordonner les activités d'amélioration continue via les plannings (GEMBAs, Housekeeping, Fit&Finish).
- Acteur clé dans la performance de la ligne CGV3
- Participer à la performance avec le suivi des outils LEAN (5S, animation des réunions de performance, etc.)
- Leader des actions en lien avec la performance de la ligne.
Profil recherché / Connaissances requises :
- Connaissances informatiques, notamment Excel.
- Aptitude à la communication.
- Autonomie et prise d’initiative.
- Capacité d'analyse et rigueur.
