Position Overview:
We are seeking an Applied AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team and work on developing and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models for real-world applications. As an Applied AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in applying advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop scalable AI/ML models that integrate with business processes and drive actionable insights.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer passionate about AI/ML technologies and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to develop innovative solutions that have a direct impact on the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models aimed at improving customer-facing experiences and driving personalization.
- Work closely with Data Analytics and Development teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Design AI-based solutions that leverage clustering, segmentation, and scoring techniques.
- Oversee the development of AI/ML-based features and capabilities (recommendations, predictive analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data readiness and quality for AI/ML models.
- Implement and track AI performance using AIOps practices to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models for production environments.
- Experience working with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and working with data engineering teams to prepare data for AI/ML applications.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models to improve customer experience and personalization.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines, integrating real-time data processing tools (e.g., Kafka).
- Work closely with the Applied AI/ML Lead to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement and monitor AI/ML models in production environments using best practices.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and consistency for AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of MinIO, S3, and object storage systems for handling large datasets.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, or other cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related technical degree.
