Your Role
- Distribute products to stores based on sales performance, capacity, and regional preferences.
- Review inventory levels regularly to ensure alignment with store needs and business objectives.
- Adjust allocations in response to changing sales trends, store feedback, and market demands.
- Monitor replenishment systems and make manual adjustments as required to maintain balanced inventory levels.
- Address stock shortages or overages proactively to meet store requirements.
- Plan and execute allocations for product launches, seasonal events, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with direct-to-consumer, merchandising, and planning teams to align on allocation strategies.
- Communicate with store teams to address inventory concerns and gather product performance feedback.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify opportunities for improving allocation efficiency.
- Track and report on key metrics, providing insights to planning and buying teams to optimize future allocations.
YOUR TALENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in retail allocation, inventory management, or merchandise planning.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel (Database including Pivot Table)

Experience with retail allocation software (e.g., SAP, JDA, Oracle, or equivalent systems).

Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.

Basic understanding of ERP systems and their role in inventory and supply chain management.

Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with multi-store operations.

Familiarity with product categories such as apparel, footwear, or accessories is advantageous.

Retail industry experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, or consumer goods sectors.

Knowledge of brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retail operations is a plus.

Experience with regional or global retail chains is desirable.

Strong analytical thinking, organisational and problem solving skills
