JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch における Planning and Allocation は、Business Unit/Product Category ごとのビジネス分析に 責任を持ち、売り上げと在庫のストラテジーをサポートします。 この Allocator のポジションには、卓越したコミュニケーションスキル、小売業における数学、そして強い 分析力が求められます。また 目まぐるしい展開の中で、様々なチームと協力して働く環境を楽しめる方が 特に求められます。

RESPONSIBILITIES

Allocation

• アソートメント戦略に基づき、各ロケーション

・ストアに商品を適切に配分する。

• 販売実績に基づいた、ストアレベルの在庫管理および商品補充を遂行する。

• 在庫ストックの管理およびコントロール:入荷予定商品の確認、倉庫在庫水準のモニタリング、デ リバリー状況や商品の allocation/reallocation の管理とコントロール。

• 出荷のサポート

• 在庫の UPDATE、Stocked schedule のデータ反映、優先計上 check、引き下げ指示

• 納品カレンダーの作成・配信(FP/OL) 毎週予定が変更になれば更新

• Replenishment system の管理

• 在庫水準・売上レポートの分析

• 買付数と在庫水準が確実に現在の売上トレンドに見合うようにする。特に重要な販売期間において 売上を最大化させる。

Inventory Management

• Location 移動のメンテナンス

• 各ストア/各部門からの依頼対応(適宜)

• 未入荷商品の delivery status report の管理。Forecast をサポートしリスクを事前に明らかにする 為、オーダー後の未入荷商品が確実に納期通りに入荷されるように動く。

• 販売機会を最大化する為、店舗在庫水準を深く分析する。

Communication with Other Functional Departments

• 客注などストアからのリクエストをチェックし、ストアスタッフとコミュニケーションを取る。

• Logistics team と連携し、入出荷が確実に期日通りに行われるようにする。ビジネスに影響を与え るような配送上の問題が起こる場合は、いち早く指摘し各部署に連絡する。

• Retail, Marketing, & Buying team と密に連携を取り、各種イベントやカレンダーに応じて必要な allocation 等のサポートを行う。

Reporting and Analysis

• Weekly business review をサポートする為、sales report や hindsight analysis(期末の結果分析) を作成し、更新する。

Learning & Development

• 社内活動に参加し、チーム環境をより良いものにする為のサポートに貢献する。 • 社内システム(LOGIMARU, MicroStrategy, SAP 等)のトレーニングがあれば積極的に参加する。

• 業務上必要なツールの運用や業務プロセス改善の為、トレーニングを受ける、あるいは自ら学習を するなどして、個人の技術・能力を向上させる。
