Join our Allegra team as Allegra Assistant Brand Lead where you will be will play a critical role in managing the business and delivering key aspects of our activation plans.

Main responsibilities:

Sales and Consumption Forecasts: Own sales and consumption forecasts, liaise with cross-functional partners, and represent the brand in S&OP meetings to drive towards a consensus forecast.

Agency Relationships: Manage relationships with organic social and digital agencies.

Brand and Competitive Analysis: Conduct brand and competitive analysis using Circana and other data platforms to assess business health and provide actionable insights.

Marketing A&P Budget: Oversee the marketing A&P budget, manage updates, recommend reallocations, open POs, track invoices, and forecast returns and obsolescence expenses.

Creative and PR Feedback: Assist the Senior Brand Manager with feedback for the creative and PR agencies of record.

Brand Champion: Act as the brand champion for social media, e-commerce, and point-of-sale activation.

Website Management: Lead website refreshes to ensure current assets and communication are updated, contributing to a 360-degree brand amplification.
About you

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in brand marketing, particularly in OTC (Over-the-Counter) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).

Global/Local Matrix: Previous experience navigating through a Global/Local matrix environment is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical acumen.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Creativity and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and digitally savvy.
