アカウントマネージャーは 、製薬会社やバイオ医薬品企業の研究、開発、製造のバリューチェーンに焦点を当てた分析装置、サービス、ソフトウェアで構成されるAgilentソリューションのエンドツーエンドのワークフローの売上を促進する責任があります。チームの不可欠なメンバーとして、優れた技術的洞察力とビジネス開発スキルを使用して、納入実績を維持しつつ成長させるべく、新規顧客の獲得に焦点を当てます。Agilentが提供する高度なワークフローソリューションを、戦略と戦術を駆使し、市場に浸透させることが期待されます。主要なお客様とより深い関係を築くだけでなく、市場での未開拓顧客への開拓し、ニーズをより深く理解することもできます。また、チャネルパートナーとのコラボレーション能力を深めることもできます。
Responsibilities
- 製薬・バイオ医薬品企業を中心としたアジレントのポートフォリオ製品全体の販売
- 医薬品/バイオ医薬品市場セグメントのアプリケーションと規制を理解し、アジレント製品の購入動機のために業界トレンドを把握
- CRMを使い、短期および長期のファネルを管理する
- 会社方針に対して医薬品／バイオ医薬品業界へ営業目標を一致させ、短期および長期の目標を達成する
- 顧客毎に 戦略を練り実行し、顧客関係を維持することにより、市場シェアを獲得し、競争力のある販売目標を達成する
- 主要な顧客やKOLとのハイレベルな関係性を構築し、継続的で長期的な関係を築き、強化すること。
- 部門横断的なチームを主導し、協力して、「One Agilent」のもと、戦略的顧客への勝率と市場シェアを拡大する
- 製品紹介を、製品スペシャリスト(PS)、フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア(FAE)、アプリケーションエンジニア(AE)の支援の有無にかかわらず実施する
- お客様からの建設的なフィードバックをアジレントにフィードバックすることで、お客様のニーズにより効果的に対応した製品の継続的な開発を支援する(お客様の声を収集)。
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 学士号または 修士号、または同等の学位。
- 優れた分析製品およびソフトウェアに関する知識
- 医薬品/バイオ医薬品市場と規制に関する深い知識。
- 優れたコミュニケーション、高レベルの関係構築、チームワーク、リーダーシップスキル
- 4 +年の直接販売経験
- モチベーションが高く、優れた自己管理能力、組織力、優先順位付け能力を持つ
- 顧客の場所によっては就業時間に10〜30%程度の移動があります
Preferred Qualifications
- 英語の書き言葉と話し言葉に堪能
- 業界/アプリケーションの専門知識。競合製品に関する実務知識(仕様、アプリケーション、価値提案)
