Key Responsibilities
- Secure truck appointments and actively monitor transfer activities within the terminal.
- Collaborate with vendors to proactively eliminate incidental costs.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of critical documents (HAWB, MAWB, Air Manifest) to airlines and counterparts.
- Maintain timely system updates for operational milestones.
- Manage timely job costing and follow up on missing pre-alerts with vendors.
- Serve as customer service/operations support for non-key export accounts, ensuring airline confirmations and consistent profitability.
- Monitor cargo movements and maintain clear communication with customers and global counterparts.
- Troubleshoot issues with partner airlines and ensure timely resolutions.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in freight forwarding, customer service, or operations.
- Knowledge of export operations and customs processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to handle tasks, including physical duties, within strict deadlines.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
