We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand's growth.
The Role
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and elevates our brand presence in the HVAC market. Our ideal candidate will use marketing campaigns, go-to-market playbooks, communication strategies, and collaborative sales and marketing plans to meet marketing goals, selecting and managing vendor partner relationships, mentoring and managing AIIR Marketing Manager, and partnering with internal stakeholders to introduce new products and create growth.
This individual will have mastered the art of translating customer insights and competitive feedback into action. They will have experience working closely with product development, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches aimed at driving awareness, adoption, and growth. They will have designed and managed successful demand-generation campaigns and possess a deep understanding of how to transform customer needs into meaningful narratives and engagements. Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, product understanding, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Brand Management
- Oversee the evolution and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure a consistent, strong brand voice across all channels.
- Go-to-Market
- Working with Product Manager and the executive team, identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using these insights to drive positioning, messaging framework, and inform marketing strategies.
- Strategic Marketing
- Lead the creation and implementation of all marketing initiatives across all channels, owned, earned and paid including PR, digital SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Product Launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager and external resources as necessary, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve marketing objectives.
- Performance Metrics
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and/or technology sectors; experience in HVAC or related industries is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics, with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in team leadership and project management, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability, with a keen interest in AI technologies.
