We are seeking a Volt AI Validator to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of our AI systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in validating AI models, refining data quality, and enhancing system performance to drive real-world impact.


The Volt AI Validator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and validating Volt AI system-generated incidents, taking appropriate action based on the available evidence. This role requires sharp analytical skills, quick decision-making, and a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.


Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically under pressure, and a keen attention to detail. A natural curiosity and a strong work ethic are essential for excelling in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring: Continuously track Volt AI system alerts in real time.
  • Analysis: Assess security alerts to determine their validity and potential impact.
  • Incident Response: Follow established protocols to respond to incidents promptly, escalating cases to customers' designated first responders and/or 911 dispatch centers when necessary.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively relay incident details to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external parties as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Volt AI Validators, Engineering staff, and internal departments to maintain effective security operations. Contribute to process improvements, including refining SOC (Security Operations Center) playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), call center, or customer support role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess security threats and determine appropriate actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
