Description

Artificial Intelligence is set to dramatically transform the fields of radiology and pathology over the next decade. These algorithms will interpret images, provide clinical measurements, identify biomarkers, and potentially even write draft reports. While radiologists and pathologists will still be essential, their roles will evolve. AI will also play a crucial role in optimising workflows in diagnostics.

At the Unilabs AI CoE (Center of Excellence), we have already positioned Unilabs as an early adopter of AI technology, having implemented two AI products with many more in the pipeline. As one of the largest image interpretation companies globally, we aim to significantly influence the development of AI in our industry. We continuously scout the market for products and evaluate them for use at Unilabs in line with our solid AI Governance Framework. This emerging area is highly relevant to us. Firstly, because it fundamentally changes the way we work. Secondly, and more importantly, because the improvements in accuracy and productivity generated by AI systems will greatly contribute to our possibility to provide high quality diagnostic services.  We are now seeking an AI Project Manager to join our team in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area.

  • Manage AI evaluations, pilots, implementations, and integrations across the Unilabs group, following defined processes.
  • Communicate efficiently with participating doctors, IT departments, purchasing departments, data protection teams, and AI vendors.
  • Control the project portfolio and report project status to stakeholders (Head of AI Centre of Excellence, Head of PMO, CEO, CFO, etc.) regularly.
  • Plan, conduct, and document project meetings.
  • Organise tasks and monitor progress using the Hive project management tool and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage the creation and approval processes of legal documentation (data protection documentation, NDAs, contracts).
  • Collaborate key Unilabs stakeholders to define/improve processes and documentation related to AI projects and ensure project teams comply with the defined guidelines.
  • Participate in general PMO activities (training and discussions, implementation of new systems and processes, new quality standards) with other Project Managers, as required.
  • Focus primarily on AI projects, but project management of other types of projects may also be required.

·       Support with the creation of AI Business Cases

o   Obtain internal data from business intelligence software and finance / controlling departments across the organisation.
