We're seeking a forward-thinking technologist to identify and implement AI and emerging technology solutions across our business. In this role, you'll lead our innovation initiatives, focusing on practical applications of AI and other emerging technologies to improve our operations and create competitive advantages.
The Role
As our AI & Innovation Solutions Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical business needs, identifying where and how to implement AI and emerging tech solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation across the organization
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies, including generative AI tools, machine learning solutions, and automation platforms
- Design and oversee implementation of AI-powered solutions for business problems
- Create frameworks for measuring ROI on technology investments
- Lead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
- Develop strategies for responsible AI implementation and governance
- Train teams on new technology adoption and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential business impact
What You'll Need
- 2+ years experience working with AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of current AI landscape and capabilities
- Experience implementing technology solutions in business settings
- Excellence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Understanding of data privacy and AI ethics considerations
Nice to Have
- Experience with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming concepts and API integration
- Background in manufacturing or e-commerce operations
