As an AI Content & Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our AI assistant delivers high-quality, accurate, and user-friendly responses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences and maintain the integrity of our knowledge base.
Responsibilities

Monitor conversations between users and the AI assistant to evaluate response quality

Write assessment reports and identify areas for improvement

Organise and update the knowledge base content about app features, functionality, and user guidance
We expect that you have

3+ years of experience in content management, technical writing, customer support, or a related field

Outstanding writing and editing skills in English

Keen eye for detail and fact-checking

Ability to break down complex topics into simple, clear explanations

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
