Your impact 

As an AI Consultant specializing in Private Equity Insights, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact AI intelligence to a leading private equity firm. Your primary responsibility will be to author a company-wide newsletter that provides actionable insights on AI trends, opportunities, and risks tailored to private equity investments. You will leverage your deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and investment landscapes to inform decision-making across the firm. You will identify the most pressing AI topics, synthesize complex information into digestible insights, and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. 

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze AI market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments relevant to private equity investments.
  • Develop and publish a company-wide AI newsletter that provides insightful analysis on how AI is shaping deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio optimization.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights tailored for leadership and non-technical private equity professionals.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and provide benchmarking insights on AI adoption within the private equity industry.
  • Advise on AI-related regulatory considerations, including compliance with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the learning team to ensure the newsletter is clear, engaging, and provides educational and practical value for the target audience.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, and their applications in financial services.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI-focused consulting, investment analysis, or a related advisory role.
  • Deep knowledge of AI industry trends, investment considerations, and regulatory frameworks (OECD, NIST, EU AI Act).
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, insightful reports and recommendations.
