PTC is looking for a skilled and visionary AI Automation Developer who can lead our company's artificial intelligence efforts. You will explore and develop ways to apply AI, ML, and LLMs to solve real-world challenges in business and operations, shape our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions that will enhance PTC's functional efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI solutions capable of handling large-scale data, real-time processing addressing high availability, performance, and scalability.

• Assess AI platforms, libraries, and frameworks for suitability for business use cases.

• Demonstrate proficiency in generative AI techniques, including familiarity with LLM models.

• Develop and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs and RAG, to enhance our data analysis capabilities.

• Lead PoC efforts to showcase AI feasibility and value. Translate PoC results into production-ready pilots.

• Keep up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks.

• Implement prompt engineering to improve the speed, relevancy, and accuracy of the AI solutions.

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security and privacy standards. Address data privacy risks, model vulnerabilities, and ethical considerations.

• Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specifications.

• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, DevOps engineers, and process managers to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.

• Support the integration of advanced natural language processing techniques, such as Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), into RPA workflows.

• Embrace diverse project scopes and adapt your approach to excel in dynamic environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Automation solutions using emerging technologies (RPA, document processing, ML, AI, Microsoft copilot studio).

• 1+ year of experience in Agentic AI development using LLMs, GPT models and Azure AI & Copilot Studio or similar tools

• 1+ year experience in prompt engineering considering user intent, context, and reasoning.

• Proven experience in frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel, vector databases. OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, MS Azure OpenAI services

• Familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, including CI/CD, model training or testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with data engineers, data scientists, and automation developers.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java.

• Hands on experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate.

• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI.

• Certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, AA Master Certifications are preferred.

• Effective communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
