Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions, with hands-on experience in deployment and MLOps. Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms is essential. This role involves leading the development of AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards and aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement AI Solutions: Develop comprehensive AI solutions that meet business requirements. This includes selecting appropriate models, designing scalable architectures, and integrating AI capabilities into existing systems.
  • Deployment and MLOps: Lead the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance. Implement MLOps practices to automate and streamline the machine learning lifecycle, including continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring.
  • Python Development: Utilize Python to develop and optimize AI models. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
    Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies. Explore new tools and techniques to improve existing processes and contribute to the company's innovation efforts.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in AI and Machine Learning: Deep understanding of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and their real-world application.
  • Proficiency in Python: Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in Deployment and MLOps: Proven track record of deploying AI models into production and implementing MLOps practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI architecture, with hands- on experience in deployment and MLOps. Extensive experience in Python programming.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI solutions. A portfolio of projects showcasing expertise in AI and machine learning is highly desirable.
