Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional and Agribusiness Banking team (RAB) are passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities.
You will be responsible for a client base spanning mixed farming specialisation, providing full banking solutions for customers across Central & Greater Western NSW and surrounding areas.
More specifically, you will

Collaborate closely with agribusiness clients, building strong relationships and deeply understanding their unique needs to retain existing business and identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions, fostering strong relationships with internal teams for effective and collaborative work.

Lead strategy and deal execution, including structuring and negotiating financial solutions, while proactively managing risks.
We’re interested in hearing from people who

Extensive experience in mixed farming (sheep, beef, cropping) and excel in client relationships and business development.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.

Demonstrate high proficiency in leading deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.

Thrive in collaborative settings, delivering a wide range of financial solutions.

Are adept at financial analysis and credit decision-making, with a strong understanding of cash-flow drivers.

Maintain a robust network across Agribusiness, leveraging relationships effectively.
