What you are going to do
In this role, you are an important player in the development of services. You get energized by guiding teams and departments in their growth and development. You easily connect with scrum masters, product owners, teams, and managers and support them in their development. You inspire by translating diverse frameworks into practical applications and encourage continuous improvements throughout the entire organization. You promote the growth of teams towards a value-driven organisation where the customer and employee are central. You advise, facilitate, and guide in change processes.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Coaching and guiding teams, departments, scrum masters, product owners, and management so that teams within the chains can realize there change portfolio
- Facilitating and developing training and workshops to promote team development, agile leadership, and organisational change
- Supporting management in adjusting their leadership in a changing environment, being able to clearly understand the organisation's needs and translate them into growth opportunities
- Actively contributing to the realization and guidance of change trajectories

Who you are
- At least a completed HBO education
- Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies (including scrum, lean, kanban), agile scaling frameworks, and Azure
- Demonstrable 2-3 years of work experience coaching team development, change management, and organisational change
- Experience in facilitating and developing training and workshops
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
For this position, we are looking for candidates who are already residing in the Netherlands.
