For our offices in Molfetta, we are looking for an experienced Agile Master.

 

What you will do:

  • You guide and coach the Dev Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
  • You get the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
  • You ensure Agile framework is understood and the team adheres to Agile theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • You coach the Dev team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and effective communication.
  • You work with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project.
  • You resolve team impediments and dependencies with other Agile Masters to increase the effectiveness of the organization.
  • You work with Agile Coaches and other Agile Masters to grow within the role.
  • You contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
  • You facilitate and support all events: Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Agile Master experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to exemplify and promote Agile values and principles
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle models
  • Deep knowledge of refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Agile techniques
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams skills
  • Competency in Atlassian applications including Confluence and Jira
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and ideally one more language: French, Italian or German
