Job Description

Allstate is hiring on our Agency Support Team. This team is dynamic and fast paced. The Agency Support Senior Consultant is responsible for providing essential support to Exclusive Agency Owners and staff, offering efficient advice and solutions on standard questions and assisting agencies in business process execution. The Agency Support Sr Consultant will provide a one call resolution when possible, delivering quick and effective solutions to all established agencies. In addition, this role will connect agencies to the right internal resources and educate agencies on what resources are available and how to perform standard tasks.

This is a fully remote opportunity that will support varied time zones. Selected incumbents will be expected to support our Agents accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies skill gaps and reinforces education with agency owners and Licensed Sales Producers (LSPs), identifies and shares trends with AST leadership

• Maintain strong working relationships with Field Sales Leaders, assisting them in growing and improving agency owners and staff

• Leverage knowledge learned on the job and communicate findings and common areas for improvement to Field Leadership

• Document all interactions and resolutions in AllConsult

• Provide key support for established agencies with a focus on implementation of consistent business processes to drive profitable growth, customer engagement and retention

• Stay up-to-date on changes that impact agencies and develop resolution paths to support agencies during transition/training

• Provide outbound consultations to a segmented group of agents (two consultative touch points annually)

• Educate agencies on what resources they have access to and how to leverage them to become more self-sufficient and effective advisors and proactively identifies additional resources that may be needed

• Serve as the point person for general agency questions and escalations and determine when to transfer to different Allstate resource or to the Field Sales Leader

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• Insurance industry experience (Preferred)

• Licenses: active Property & Casualty license will be required

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
