Key Responsibilities:

Own Strategic Agency Partnerships Across APAC

  • Lead and grow relationships with key agency groups and holding companies across APAC, acting as the senior point of contact for strategic alignment, partnership health, and commercial growth.
  • Drive regional engagement strategies that elevate IAS's presence within agency networks spanning media, programmatic, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Develop and maintain deep contact maps across agency OpCos to ensure broad stakeholder alignment and sustainable value delivery.

Structure & Manage Commercial Deals

  •  Support the negotiation of agency commercials, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and APAC growth goals,
  • Partner with Global Agency Partnerships, regional sales leadership, and cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Sales Ops) to operationalise deal strategy, agency incentives and governance.
  • Manage internal deal tracking and reporting processes, driving transparency and performance accountability.

Drive Regional Growth & Product Adoption

  • Use data-driven insights and whitespace analysis to identify high-potential opportunities, improve product adoption, and scale education initiatives (e.g. lunch & learns, roadshows, IAS Expert Certification).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to unlock new commercial opportunities and strengthen IAS positioning within top-tier agency accounts.
  • Facilitate introductions, executive engagements, and thought leadership moments that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Champion Collaboration & Sales Enablement

  • Act as a regional expert and thought partner to global agency development, sales, and marketing teams, informing strategy through APAC-specific trends, market shifts, and agency needs.
  • Translate agency challenges and market dynamics into scalable commercial programs and sales enablement tools that support growth and protect margins.
  • Provide regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership on key agency developments, partnership health, and performance milestones.

What we're looking for:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in agency development, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally within the ad tech, media, or digital ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of APAC media agency landscape, including nuances across markets like Japan, SEA, ANZ, China and India.
  • Demonstrated success in building executive relationships including C-suite and regional leadership across holding companies and major agency groups
  • Experience designing and negotiating agency commercial deals, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and growth priorities across APAC.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
