Job Summary: The After Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers who have purchased battery products, including EV battery packs and modules. This role involves addressing post-sale inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding battery products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns related to product performance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of post-sale problems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to customers for optimal product use and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the After Sales Engineer role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
The After Sales Engineer is a critical link between our customers and the battery factory, ensuring that customers receive the support they need and have a positive experience with our battery products, including EV battery packs and modules.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
Expected Pay Range
$80,000—$110,000 USD
