We are seeking a versatile and experienced Affiliate Program and Website Manager to oversee the technical back-end of our affiliate program and manage partners websites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing affiliate platforms and websites, particularly WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
What You'll Do
Budget & Finance:

Responsible for the relevant parts of the end of the monthly Partners marketing & finance process.

Work according to the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives.
Affiliate Program Management:

Oversee the technical back-end of the affiliate program, ensuring smooth operation and functionality.

Manage the affiliate platform, including setting up and maintaining affiliate accounts, tracking systems, and reporting tools.

Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to support affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the affiliate program.

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Website Management:

Manage and maintain company websites, primarily built on WordPress, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.

Update website content, plugins, and themes as needed.

Ensure website functionality and usability, implementing best practices for SEO and user experience.

Monitor website performance, analytics, and user feedback to identify and address issues.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support for affiliate program users and website users.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to websites and the affiliate program.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement technical solutions and improvements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the affiliate program and websites.

Use data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and IT, to support website and affiliate program initiatives.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for technical support and development.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing, website management, and WordPress.

Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the performance and functionality of the affiliate program and websites.

Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve user experience and program efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in managing affiliate programs and websites, particularly WordPress.

Strong technical skills and experience with affiliate marketing platforms and website management.

Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin management, content updates, and troubleshooting.

Past experience with any of the next affiliation programs, is an advantage: IncomeAcees, NetRefer, CellExpert, MyAffiliates or mediacle.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Hybrid job. 3 day’s at the office.

Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs.

Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and able to relate to others, and maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor while assisting members and co-workers throughout the day.
