Our Performance Marketing team is responsible for the sustainable growth of Lightricks’ user base and revenue. The Performance team’s core job includes strategy, budgeting, reporting, and driving strategic decisions. We plan and deploy our marketing tech systems, working closely with our BI, Tech, Creative, and Data Science teams, establishing a data-first approach to inform decisions and optimization across multiple media partners (Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google, TikTok, Snap, etc.).
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing channels including our affiliate platform & agencies.
We are looking for a candidate who can take high-level strategy and execute it to directly impact the business and Lightricks’ growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with teams spanning from Customer Acquisition, Creative, Analytics and Product Marketing
- Identify and recruit relevant affiliates including publishers, influencers, etc.
- Negotiate and control new contracts & current contacts
- Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices
- Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
- Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends to make data-based decisions
- Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with the growth and management team to manage user conversion and engagement to increase traffic from various channels
Your skills and experience
- Ability to work in different time zones when needed (as you will be working with affiliates from NA, EU & APAC) and collaborate with remote offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field with a strong academic record
- 2+ years of professional experience and consistent results in affiliate marketing
- Experience working for a SaaS company - advantage
- Great communication skills, team player with a contagious “can-do” attitude
- Strong analytical skills and ability to set your priorities based on KPI
- Outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask
- High level of proficiency in English
