Job Description

We are seeking a full-time strategic Affiliate & Ambassador Specialist to join the Content & Community team at Trove Brands. As an Affiliate & Ambassador Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing programs to promote brand awareness and drive sales through partnerships with brand ambassadors and affiliates. This role involves recruiting, engaging, and supporting ambassadors and affiliates to achieve marketing goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Program Development and Management: 
    • Design and execute ambassador and affiliate programs to meet marketing and sales objectives. 
    • Create and manage program guidelines, policies, and best practices. 
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: 
    • Identify and recruit potential ambassadors and affiliates who align with the brands values and target audience. 
    • Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new partners understand program expectations, tools, and resources. 
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration. 
    • Provide ongoing support, communication, and engagement to ensure partners are motivated and informed. 
  • Content and Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional content and materials for ambassadors and affiliates. 
    • Coordinate and manage campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives. 
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of ambassador and affiliate programs using relevant metrics and KPIs. 
    • Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify areas of improvement. 
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all ambassadors and affiliate activities comply with brand, legal, and ethical standards. 
    • Maintain high-quality standards for content and interactions to protect the brand's reputation. 


Qualifications

  • Proven 3-6 years of work experience as an Affiliate or Ambassador Specialist and/or Manager, Influencer Specialist, or a related role. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media language, trends, and culture. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools such as, but not limited to, Roster (formerly Wooley), GRIN, Refersion, and more. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making. 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
