Job Description
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Early Years Partnership you will actively contribute to a high-performing team and drive impact by working productively and efficiently, collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure and championing our One Minderoo Culture. Focusing where applicable on partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries to execute a content strategy aligned with Minderoo’s strategic goals.
As Advisor, Early Years Partnerships, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support across partnerships, events, governance, community engagement, and grants for the EYP. This includes overseeing contracts, budgets, and funding applications, coordinating workshops and projects, and supporting partner communities to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- Background and experience in project and partner administration.
- Experience working with First Nations communities
- Experience and knowledge of social impact and community development principles and practises.
- Knowledge of grant management best practise approaches and processes.
- Understanding of the role of philanthropy.
- A willingness to dive into a complex social project delivering incredible outcomes for local communities in WA.
