Position Summary

Bring our slot machine games to life by creating visually compelling art that enhances the player experience. As part of a talented team of artists and animators, you'll contribute to the development of engaging game art, from logos to symbols and backgrounds. The ability to collaborate effectively, take direction, and remain positive under pressure is essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Create artwork for all aspects of our slot machines, including game logos, symbols, backgrounds and other theme art
• Maintain excellent art quality in regard to design, layout, color theory, and typography
• Collaborate closely with game developers, providing art assets to animators and software engineers.
• Communicate effectively with game designers and the broader development team to align visual elements with game concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior artists within the studio and across the Game Development team.
• Maintain organized working files for efficient collaboration and file sharing.
• Archive final working files for future reference using version control software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in illustration (traditional or digital) and/or graphic design
• Gaming industry experience is preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in logo and interface design, as well as graphic illustration and overall asset creation.
• Ability to work across multiple illustration styles.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of receiving direction and presenting multiple design options.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Unity is a plus.
