About the role

We're looking for a ADR Audio Junior Manager to oversee the audio post-production process for anime dubbing, ensuring that our studios have proper staffing and technical support, and meet project deadlines. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Audio, you will manage and mentor ADR team members, coordinate with multiple partners, and handle sensitive information discreetly.

  • You will ensure all 12 studios have full engineering coverage for all shifts
  • You will assist with technical support for recording studios
  • You will support and mentor ADR staff in achieving development goals
  • You will coordinate with Senior Audio Manager, producers, directors, mixers, and production assistants
  • You will maintain discretion with sensitive information and materials

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • You have a good understanding of anime dubbing
  • 5+ years experience in Postproduction Audio for Broadcast and/or Theatrical, including 2+ years experience managing/supervising teams
  • You have worked with Pro Tools, Source Connect, Jira, and Microsoft Word
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills
  • You work well with others, actively listen, and adapt to diverse perspectives
  • You have experience assigning workloads and personnel coverage for large teams
  • You have onsite availability for five days a week

About the Team

The ADR team is the technical audio arm helping bring to life the English dialogue for episodic and feature content. We work closely with directors, voice actors in the recording rooms daily, recording each voice actor to professional standards to help produce English dubs our fans will love.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
