Rate: $60-70 per hour USD

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design and Implementation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AJO solutions.
  • Design and implement AJO capabilities, including data ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
  • Configure AJO events, triggers, automations, actions, and message delivery channels.

2. Data Management and Integration

  • Build and configure data schemas in AEP, ensuring proper mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes.
  • Apply data quality rules, validate data accuracy, and ensure proper data synchronization.
  • Leverage AEP APIs and SDKs, including WebSDK, to integrate data from multiple systems.

3. Personalization and Testing

  • Build and deploy omni-channel personalization strategies using AJO.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize customer journeys and experiences.
  • Create and deliver personalized offers and messages across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

4. Tagging and Analytics

  • Utilize Adobe Tagging with WebSDK to track and analyze customer interactions.
  • Ensure data classification, retention, and privacy compliance within all tagging and analytics workflows.

5. Channel and Email Management

  • Design and manage email templates in AJO, including Email Subdomain delegation and IP warming strategies.
  • Set up channel surfaces, IP pools, and perform IP warming activities.

6. Problem Diagnosis and Resolution

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to AEP and AJO.
  • Identify and address data integration and system errors to ensure smooth operation.

7. Collaboration and Enablement

  • Work with developers, data engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Share expertise and provide mentorship to junior team members.

8. Knowledge Sharing and Documentation

  • Document best practices for data management, journey orchestration, and personalization.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AJO and AEP functionalities.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience with omni-channel personalization and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and tools such as WebSDK for data streaming and tagging.
  • Hands-on experience with email template creation, channel management, and IP strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with real-time data integration and identity resolution in AEP.
  • Knowledge of privacy and data governance standards.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
