Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer to join our team. The CJA Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other relevant tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, integration, and visualization, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to improve customer journeys and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • CJA Implementation and Maintenance:
    • Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for tracking and analyzing customer interactions across various channels.
    • Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions in CJA.
  • Data Integration and Transformation:
    • Collaborate with data teams to ingest and prepare data for use in CJA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified, actionable insights.
  • Visualization and Reporting:
    • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
    • Support the creation of A/B tests and other analytics experiments to optimize customer journeys.
  • Tool Expertise and Adoption:
    • Stay updated on new features and capabilities in Adobe CJA and related Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) tools.
    • Train and support internal teams on using CJA effectively.
  • Governance and Compliance:
    • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met in all analytics activities.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, preferably with:
    • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools to build dashboards and reports.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration).
  • Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
