How you will contribute:
You will:

  • Be responsible for the documents management (processing of invoices and acts of services provided by suppliers, transport orders, other documents);
  • Сontrol of on-time collection and on-time delivery;
  • Work with data bases (joint resources of LogOps for planning and monitoring trucks loading/unloading, transport database, electronic document flow platform, creating orders, etc.), timely entry and exchange of data and documents;
  • Be responsible for distribution and placement of transportation orders to service providers for local transportation from factories and shipments to customers;
  • Daily operational communication with suppliers (monitoring and solving issues during loading, unloading and transit of trucks)


Job specific requirements:

  • University degree / Fresh graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident MS Office user (Excel in particular)
  • Ability to learn quickly, good analytical skills, team-player, flexibility, accuracy & attentiveness in working with documents and databases
