We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in Southport on a permanent basis. Reporting to one of our team leaders, the role will be primary office-based.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to our consultants.

  • Coordinate and compile information to allow consultants to review clients’ investments in line with our Client Service Proposition.

  • Be involved in the new business process, checking all application forms are completed correctly and identify any further information required before submission, updating our back-office system, XPlan, logging of fees/commission.

  • Deal with our internal procedures by ensuring all cheques/payments are processed the same day (clear to zero policy).

  • Track and deal with any issues that may arise, keeping the client/consultant informed of reasons for delays outside of our normal service standards.

  • Be involved in obtaining valuations and information on investments via life offices’ using the most effective communication method to produce a valuation report.

  • Prepare illustrations for existing or new recommendations and completion of application forms.

  • Proactive management of our task system to ensure all business transactions are completed in the shortest possible time.

  • Prompt attention to fund switches and policy surrenders in line with our internal TCF procedures.

  • Deal with incoming life office post, obtaining missing/additional information where applicable and then implement necessary action.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • five GCSEs grade A – C including Maths and English

  • excellent attention to detail

  • have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
