Who you are:
As an Administrator II - Voice, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of voice infrastructure, services, and applications. You will be responsible for monitoring telephone networks to respond to incidents. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service keeping integrity, caring, and excellence top of mind.
What you’ll do:

Install, configure, and maintain voice infrastructure, services, and applications across the organization

Monitor the telephone networks to respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve telephone incidents such as user, contact center agent, and carrier circuits issues, escalating complex items to Voice Engineers

Independently perform root cause analyses to coordinate the order, schedule, turn-up, and troubleshooting of voice/data circuits

Support Branch environment and Voice Engineering team members to minimize downtime and disruption, providing guidance to Voice Administrators as necessary

Plan, implement, and remediate telephone enhancement projects under the guidance of Voice Engineers

Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for Voice Engineering

What you’ll need:

2+ years of related experience in telephony systems, including phone systems, SIP trunking, VoIP, and related technologies

Proven ability to apply IT knowledge to resolve standard technical issues within Infrastructure and Operations

Knowledge in E911 strategies, best practices, and implementation

Skilled understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Specialized certifications relevant to the organization’s technology stack
