The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking Administrative Support for a new program. We are seeking Administrative Support to provide support to management and technical personnel. Additionally, assist the program manager with related responsibilities such as program control; tracking and reporting program and/or project technical, cost, and schedule; and similar functions. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and analyze business processes and recommend solutions or improvements. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills are required.
This is a hybrid position located in either Hampton, VA or Warner Robins, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
- Assists with developing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management.
- Performs CAC processing, account set-up, procurement support, onboarding related tasks, and consolidating weekly activity reports.
- Assists with the preparation of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Government
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Prepare documentation for Government approval.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or technology related field) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting issues, data collection, report processing, send and receive emails.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
- Strong prioritization, communication, and documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
- Familiar with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Desired:
- 2+ years of work experience within DoD
- Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.
- Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000-$117,500
