We’re expanding our Processing Team and looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy problem-solver to join us as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role is critical to ensuring businesses get the funding they need quickly by keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Keep our inbox organized and efficient – filter and direct emails to the right teams
🔹 Submit loan documents to our network of lenders and ensure accuracy.
🔹 Communicate clearly and proactively with your team to keep things moving.
🔹 Spot and flag any issues or process improvements in our automation tools
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Tech-savvy & quick learner – you pick up new systems fast.
✅ Experience with Salesforce & Gmail? That’s a plus!
✅ Excellent time management – you get that some tasks are urgent and know how to prioritize like a pro
✅ Independent & team player – you can handle tasks solo but love collaborating too
