The Administrative Specialist position is in person in our Great Falls, MT office. This role will support our tax administration team, audit administration team, and assist with other administrative work as needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client engagement letters
  • Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents
  • Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess
  • Print, assemble, and mail documents to support the audit service line
  • Monitor and manage the front desk, greet clients and vendors
  • Schedule and maintain aesthetic of conference rooms and common areas, handle hospitality arrangements and assist with local events, order and restock supplies, maintain office equipment, assist with onboarding and offboarding as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Contribute to special projects and assist other administrative staff with overflow work as needed


Qualifications:

  • One+ years of professional administrative experience in an office setting; administrative experience in a professional services environment is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines with great attention to detail

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $19.00 - $28.00 / hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
