Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a logistics technician to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in providing administrative and facilities support. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Manage calendars and support coordination with external stakeholders.
- Manage IT equipment, configuration support, and technical setup for conference rooms.
- Manage and update databases, files, and records to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive interaction.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages to appropriate personnel.
- Support the coordination of travel arrangements, visitations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Preparing and managing contracting materials for the organization.
- Ensuring documents are compliant with organizational polices and are processed accurately and timely.
- Inspection contract documents, manage signature routing, and coordinate reviews.
- Provide a single point of control for formal taskers and ensure timely office response.
- As needed work with financial managers to ensure correct funding documents in official packages.
- Collaborate with team members to identify cost-saving areas or find additional funds for additional activities.
- Use business and analytics systems to complete contract closeouts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years providing office management and document control for federal agency
- Associates degree, certification, or additional years of experience. Bachelors preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and customers.
- Knowledgeable on IT equipment and scheduling tools.
- Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Secret clearance required.
