Dans ce rôle, vous devrez…

  • Aider à superviser les transactions de l’équipe, suivre les dates importantes et mettre à jour régulièrement les clients et collègues

  • Maintenir les bases de données de l'entreprise pour suivre les prospects et les opportunités commerciales

  • Créer/formater des propositions et des présentations, en collaborant avec le service Marketing de Colliers pour aider à la création de supports marketing de l'équipe

  • Apporter une attitude positive pour apprendre le métier et le marché local en participant à des événements d'affaires et de l'industrie locaux, en réseautant et en participant à des réunions avec les clients

  • Traiter les documents de bail/amendement exécutés, créer des bons de commande, collecter la documentation pertinente, envoyer des eblasts aux locataires/propriétés, créer des enquêtes de marché, imprimer des livres de visites, organiser des visites de locataires, etc.

Ce que vous apporterez

  • 1+ années d’expérience en vente ou en administration dans un environnement professionnel (de préférence dans l'immobilier, la vente, le juridique, l'architecture, la construction ou un domaine connexe)

  • Expérience avec Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)

  • Maîtrise avancée de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Un grand niveau d'initiative et d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu'à l’écrit

About you

You are an experienced professional looking to take the next step of your career in commercial real estate! Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients. In this position, you will be supporting marketing, operational duties and transactional management with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit – which means YOU will be an integral part of the team’s success.

In this role, you will…

  • Help oversee the team’s transactions, tracking critical dates and regularly updating clients and colleagues

  • Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities

  • Create/format proposals and presentations, collaborating with Colliers Marketing to help curate team marketing collateral

  • Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings

  • Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, collect pertinent documentation, sending tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, print tour books, schedule tenant tours, etc.

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction or related)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written
