We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator that will be responsible for providing secretarial administration office services in an effective and efficient manner.
What will you be doing?
- Routine management of company offices administration and organization
- Management of calendar and scheduling relevant company meetings
- Maintain office files
- Support PO payments
- Open and distribute company mail
- Greet and assist company visitors
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and supply inventories
- Perform travel arrangements for company employees
What will you need to be successful?
- Previous experience in office management and secretarial services
- Communication and presentation skills
- Great work and time organization
- Proficiency in English Language
- Proactive approach
