Our Kernersville, NC Branch is in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! 

**Please note: The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p in office 

The ideal Administrative Coordinator will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reviewing and entering job orders using our software, answering incoming calls and setting appointments. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager. 

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, service - oriented personality 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Problem Solving and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with common work processing and spreadsheet software
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Adherence to company dress code
