This position requires you to be onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm in our South Austin HQ.

 

About The Role:

You'll juggle a variety of administrative tasks with ease, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. What You’ll Be Doing:  

Scheduling and Coordination:

Maintain and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and presentations, preparing meeting materials as needed.

Schedule and coordinate team offsites

Serve as backup/collaborator with our Office Experience Manager

Document and Data Management:

Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.

Project Assistance:

Support special projects and team initiatives as needed, performing research, preparing reports, and providing general assistance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.

Travel and Expense Management:

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, ensuring details are accurate and documented.

Process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursements.
