Leidos is seeking a Administrative Assistant. This candidate will provide on-site Administrative Services to DEVCOM-Armament Center Headquarters, Facilities and Logistics at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsibilities consist of weekly tasks to include scheduling, visitor requests, briefings, coordinating and organizing meetings and agendas. Other functions required include program progress, analysis, presentation services, products, and data to include but not limited to:
- Assist with project monitoring and reporting by maintaining accurate records and providing data collection support
- Computer-processing services to include word processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet manipulation
- Preparation of activity reports, suspense reports, and travel reports
- Records management, include creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate records;
- Maintenance of designated files and preparation/processing of forms and reports
- Analysis, recommendation, and implementation of methods of record management
- Creating, editing, and formatting of correspondence (such as memos and other official documents)
- Facilitate communication and maintaining relationships between team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Support the development of documentation packages and data packages by preparing and editing documents as needed
- Assist with equipment tracking and monitoring of supply, maintenance, and Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)
- Support the development of recommendations for the resolution of identified logistical problems
- Provide analytical support for equipment lifecycle analyses
- Additionally, provide part time backup receptionist support to DEVCOM HQ for visitors, mail, deliveries, occupants with admittance consideration, coordination and communication with security and safety policy, providing receptionist coverage during the main receptionist’s lunch, breaks, and time off.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 1-2 years relevant administrative assistant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using MS Office suite.
Must have US citizenship.

Pay Range:Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00
