Work Day:  Monday – Friday

Aalis Management Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Support Contractor to provide high-level coordination and organizational support for a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute background materials.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute meeting notes, action items, and shared milestones.
  • Research and compile materials to support meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence.
  • Respond to external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital files.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal offices and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist vendors with completing required institutional forms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Must have 2-5 years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tact and diplomacy in resolving scheduling conflicts and managing stakeholder interactions.
