Purpose
The Executive Assistant role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director, Chief Creative Officers, and broader department, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Strong planning and coordination skills are essential, as this role involves managing calendars, preparing materials, and facilitating communication across teams. Responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Manages calendar and schedules meetings, which will include coordinating with internal and external constituents and responding to calendar requests appropriately and timely
- Travel booking arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
- Processes expense reports and timesheets in a timely manner
- Exercise judgment, tact, and discretion when supporting executive management, internally and externally
- Assist in organizing the creative dept events and office-based events such as All Agency
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by supervisor
Professional Skills and Knowledge
- Entry level: 0-2 years of experience in strategy, brand marketing, social media, research, or an administrative role supporting a team. Ideally someone who wants to grow in the industry in Account or PM.

- Professionalism. Able to interface with all levels of executive and senior management and able to handle highly confidential matters and information
Experience
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Experience within a fast-paced marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $70k - $80k
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.
