Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support our President and administrative team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing work responsibilities to achieve company goals and improve operational efficiency.

2. Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, handle phone calls, mail, shipments, and emails.

3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

4. Negotiate and manage office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

5. Serve as liaison to the Board of Trustees for charitable foundations.

6. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and reports.

7. Assist with correspondence, legal documentation, and communication with lawyers and accountants.

8. Provide operational support for marina operations: accounts receivable/payable, maintenance contracts, employee management, and payroll.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of administrative assistant experience

2. 5+ years of QuickBooks proficiency

3. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) expertise

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

6. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management

7. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Details

2. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

3. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, day shift
